SHUTTER SPEED AND MOTION

These 2 pictures were taken with the ISO of 34 and an EV of 0. The shutter speed of the first picture was 1/50 and that is why the car is foggy and bright. The shutter speed of the bottom picture was 1/8000 and that is why it is crisp but dark.
